We appreciate you taking the time to inform us about the issue with your Roku remote. We would like to assist you further. Can you please provide more details, such as the specific Roku device paired with the remote, where the remote was purchased, and when the issue occurred?
In the meantime, we recommend resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again and try to use the remote to see if this makes any difference.
