"Explore Recommendations' Row Reappears

I appreciate that Roku offers a "Recommendation rows" toggle in the Home screen settings-it's a welcome nod to user control That's why I'm puzzled by the behavior of the "Explore Recommendations" row in the What to Watch.

It was present, then removed, and now it's returned-without any OS update. This suggests server-side injection that bypasses user settings.
"Notably, this row appears only in the What to Watch section, and not in Live TV or Featured Free. This selective placement suggests Roku has the ability to target specific UI Zones which raises further questions about user control and consistency."

Additionally, its placement pushes my "Continue Watching" list further down, which impacts usability.  I'd appreciate clarity on whether users have persistent control over this content, or if Roku intends to override preferences dynamically.
