Remote died and will not pair

My remote randomly died. I’ve been using the smartphone app but then I needed to do a factory reset on my #Roku Premiere+ (4630 series) to link it to my Roku account. Now I can’t use my Roku because the remote is dead (it has new batteries and the pairing button doesn’t work). I don’t know who to contact to get the remote replaced (it died young).

    The device is out of warranty. If that is the original remote, so is it.

    You can pick up a universal remote at Family Dollar, Walmart, Best Buy, etc, for under $10. Just be sure it says it supports Roku.

    You can get a Roku Voice Remote from Roku, Walmart, Best Buy, etc. for $20.

    That is way out of warranty, do what the rest of us have to do, purchase a new remote. I  purchased over $1000 worth of remotes from roku just last year.
