Hello Emman:
Model:3920 Roku PremiereSoftware version: 14.1We noticed this happening about 3 months ago. To get it to connect as I say I have to reboot Roku. I am living with this but very frustrating. Sorry I didn’t provide a video but hope you can help.- RokuEmmanuel-DCommunity Moderator

Have you tried resetting your network connection to see if it improves what you're experiencing?
Here's how:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select Advanced System settings
- Select Network connection reset
- Select Reset connection
