Play On Roku is not working after an update

Dear Roku Team and Everyone:

After upgrading one of my Roku devices to OS 15.0.4 (build 5523), Play On Roku no longer plays content, including video, audio, and images. Play On Roku automatically quits shortly after launching.

My other Roku device currently has OS 14.6.4, and Play On Roku still works fine.

I enabled screen mirroring by enabling this channel with build 15985, but it's no longer working. How can I fix this issue? Does Play On Roku use new APIs in OS 15.0.4?

    We'd like to take a closer look at your issue with the Play On Roku features. Please share with us the following details.

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software version and build. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (press the Home button 5x, and the Back button 5x when the issue occurs)
    • Roku mobile app version
    • Make and model of mobile device
    • A short video showing the issue occurring
