Hi Community Users!
Thanks for flagging this issue. We understand that you're experiencing an issue with your Photo Streams, and we'd like to take a closer look at it.
To help us in the investigation, could you please provide the following details below?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- Photo Stream version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)

Still happening, not fixed. Re-link and then have to re-link again within an hour.
