Thanks for flagging this issue. We understand that you're experiencing an issue with your Photo Streams, and we'd like to take a closer look at it.
To help us in the investigation, could you please provide the following details below?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- Photo Stream version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)

This happens on all of my devices on this one account. Would you like information for all devices or can we safely conclude that it has nothing to do with the hardware but something with the roku-google backend.
