Photo Stream not working

Im still having this same issues. Any update on this? I have tried all of the suggestions that Roku has made. Nothing seems to work.

    We appreciate your effort in trying to resolve this issue. Please try to update the Roku device by going to Settings > System > System Update > Check Now.

I noticed this starting 2 weeks ago when I first tried to add photos. I have no photos to share with you. I am experiencing the same issues as everyone else in this feed.

Have you tried uploading photos to Roku's website to see if you notice any difference? You can upload photos here Photo Streams

Additionally, you can perform a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System Restart.

      We appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you have taken, trying to fix the issue.

      Have you tried updating the Photo Stream app, removing it, and adding it again? If not yet, please try, and if the issue continues, provide us with the following:

      • Roku device model, serial number, and device ID (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
      • Tracker ID, Software build, and version (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
      • Photo Stream app version (highlight the app and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
