Netflix certain shows are not showing picture, only audio on Roku TV

A couple shows on Netflix are not displaying the picture, only the audio is working. I can stream Netflix on my computer without this problem. I have checked my roku tv and the Netflix app for updates, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and neither have fixed the problem. Some shows work fine but other have no picture. If I pause or fast forward the show I can see the picture but not while it is playing.

    Hi RachelBro,

    Welcome to the Roku Community. 

    Did you restart your Roku device before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing troubleshooting. If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > re-install), we would recommend giving it a shot once again. 

    We also suggest doing the restart from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
