Missing Advanced Wireless Receiver

I've recently started receiving an error message about "Missing Advanced Wireless Receiver". I don't know what it is referring to. Everything is and has been plugged in correctly for quite awhile now...

    If you're using a Streaming Stick+ model 3810, we no longer offer the Advanced Wireless Receiver. We do still offer an Advanced Wireless Receiver for 3820/3821 here.

Without warning, my previously installed Roku Stick unpaired, and would pair, with my remote. I did a factory resent and now see the message "Missing Advanced Wireless Receiver" and to go to a dead link at go.roku.com/awrhelp

Remote still won't pair so entire system is unusable.  Mine Roku is Model 3810x and it's S/N 213086868115

  • Model of your Roku Streaming Stick 3810x
  • Troubleshooting steps that you have taken in trying to fix the issue   Factory reset of stick; re-pairing procedure with remote

    I'm having the same issue.  After a factory reset, I get the "missing advanced wireless receiver" and am unable to proceed.  Further, the remote control no longer works nor pairs with the device.  Any possible solutions for this?  thanks.
