LG Smart TV model: LH 570 B no longer able to connect with my Roku device?

I have lost the ability to use my Roku on the above older smart Tv.  The same thing happened to my netflix account.  Is it due to a software update that is not compatiable with this TV?

  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
