Issues with Xfiniti xFi advanced XB8 gateway CGM4981COM

I have a Roku #43S425 with up to date 11.5.0 software.  It connects to and streams from a phone hotspot just fine so the hardware is working.  I cannot stream from my Xfiniti Advanced Gateway XB8, model CGM4981COM.  Similar answers on here recommended forcing mode to B/G/N (instead of G/N/AX as it is set) or to change to a higher wireless channel (change to 11 instead of the present 6).  I already split the network into separate 2.4, 5.0, and 6.0 Ghz.  However because this gateway is so "advanced" and optimizes everything for me, it won't let me change any of that

    If this means you have applied different network names (SSIDs) to each of these wifi bands, then when you have your Roku TV scan for wifi connections it should show the SSID for both the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands (I don't think any Rokus support  6 GHz yet).  Pick the 5 GHz band to avoid all that b/g/n stuff as that applies only to the 2.4 GHz band.

    Thanks for the post.

    What behavior do you observe after splitting the network? Please be aware that Roku TV's do npt support 6 Ghz. If your 5 Ghz network is set to DFS it won't be visible to TV as well. Have you tried to disable DFS channels? Can you provide us with any information regarding your wireless security mode configured on the router?
