issues with older Roku remote - RC118 - came with 3600X player

I was recently on a chat with customer service.  We have an older Roku Stick 3600X that we now use in the guest bedroom.  For some time now we've had problems with the remote that came with the stick...

Complete waste of time don't do it!! Wait for sale on the newer Roku's. New Roku comes with a new remote. Right now you don't know for sure whats not working the Stick or remote. Why take the chance. And more channels will become absolute with that old Stick.
