Internet is working on my roku tv but tv thinks there is no internet connected

We woke up the other morning and when I turned on my Roku tv the setup screen came up. This has never happened since I bought it and set it up two years ago.  I went through everything.  the language selection English.   Next was connecting to the internet.   did that  got the connected to Internet  check mark.  then said checking for updates:   We got an update is available but when I clicked on ok   got an error message saying can't be updated.  TV thinks there is no internet  on it but there is.  We are streaming with our firestick.   Now I can't get any of the free Roku channels    When I go to home there are only the devices connected to the tv that come up.  Not my paramount + app  or any of the Roku channels that I could get before the other day.    Is there any way for me to fix this.   I've tried to do the network connection reset  but I don't have a network reset option   just sign in to a wireless network.   Please help.   I don't want to have to do a factory reset if at all possible.

Thanks everyone for trying to help.  After trying most of last night and most all day today  we just finished doing a factory reset  and that fixed the problem.   Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas

The Network Connection Reset is located under Settings/System/Advanced System Settings/Network Connection Reset/Reset Connection.

Try rebooting your router as well before performing the Network Connection Reset.

Are you seeing any error message numbers?

After rebooting both the router and the performing the network connection reset, try performing a Software Update under Settings/System/Software Update.

If it fails, restart the TV and try again.

Are you using any type of VPN or proxy server? (need to disable/eliminate when setting up Roku so account is created properly and correct update server can be selected).
