To clarify, the PIN that allows entry into guest mode on your Roku TV/device is the PIN associated with your Roku account. If you haven't created a Roku PIN for your account, please follow the steps below.How to access your PIN preferences:
- Sign in to your Roku account using your phone or computer.
- Under PIN Preference, select Update
- To set up a PIN, select Create a PIN
- To reset an existing Roku PIN, select Change PIN
