Hisense Roku TV audio automatically increases

I have a Hisense Roku TV with a Volume issue .:

When characters are just having a conversation,,I have. To turn up the volume ..when the action scene starts ( Shooting,Explosions,Screaming etc. The volume increases on its own by 3 to 4; times .. Rattling the windows in the house ..

I’ve tried resetting and customizing sound and it doesn’t help .. So, I’m constantly turning the volume up and down with the remote .. Anyone else have issues like this or have Solutions  ??
Thanx in advance

Let's see if this works for you.

    1. Reset your Hisense Roku TV audio by going through Settings > System > Advanced System Settings > Under Factory reset, you will see Reset TV Audio and Picture.
    2. System restart or manually power cycle the Roku TV by unplugging it from the power source.
    3. Try again to play any content and see if the same issue occurs.

This seems to be a hardware issue. I suggest contacting the TV manufacturer for help. You can start here.

  • When you say you have customized the sound, have you gone into the audio settings for the TV and changed the options in there, say from movie to sports (if the TV has that option) and see if that helped.  I would also reach out to Hisense technical support to see if they could help provide some guidance on their TV.   As an option, you could try adding a sound bar to see if that helps.

I understand you're having a volume issue with your Roku TV. Could you provide more details?

    • When did you start noticing this issue?
    • Are you observing this behavior across all channels or only on a specific channel?
    • Any recent software update before this happened?

In the meantime, try to enable volume leveling on your Roku TV.
