    We’d like to take a closer look at the issue with Private Listening, where audio only plays through one side of the headphones.

    Could you share the model of your Roku device and the type of headphones you're using? Also, let us know how you're connecting them—via wired or Bluetooth through your phone, through the Roku mobile app, or using the Roku Voice Remote Pro with a headphone jack.
