Freevee: After viewing few series on freevee, the next time around to view is asking to sign in

Hello community, After viewing few series on freevee, the next time around to view the next episode it ask me to sign in. I tried many ways after clicking on freevee app and will not proceed to the next play but "sign in" is active. I do not sign in as an amazon customer because my credit card is active.

How to bypass this freevee sign in because I already sign in at roku account. I always upgrade settings but no more offer to upgrade on roku 3 player with smart hisense tv connected with wired internet.

Your help is valuable to me thank you community.

  • Hi edroksense,

    Thanks for keeping us updated!

We recommend starting here to troubleshoot the channel accessibility issue you're having. Follow these steps below in order:

    1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the * key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel."

    2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).

    3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Channels" on the Home screen and add the channel again.

Please try doing these steps and see if it helps with what you're experiencing. Please keep us posted!

    All the best,
    Kash

    Hi edroksense,

Thanks for reaching out to the Roku Community!

We understand that after viewing shows on Freevee, you are automatically signed out, and the system keeps requiring you to sign back in. We want to help you with this, and I'll need information to investigate the issue. Are you accessing the channel inside The Roku Channel or the stand-alone app?

Once we have this information, we can assist you further.

    All the best,
    Kash

I have tried again today and it can play the video of the starting line up. It will not play to the next episode I want to play. If I go to sign in I will enter my amazon account and enter amazon.com/code.

Is this free or there is a string attached?
