Express 4K+ remote return to last channel button not working
Brand new set up today and remote’s “return to last channel” button not working

That's because it doesn't have last channel button, plain and simple.
Yes it does. I purchased 2 identical Express 4K+ units and the other works fine. Return to last channel watched is the “rewind” button just above 4 premium buttons on bottom. All my other Rokus have this feature and work identically, plain and simple.
Ok, whatever app decided to use that key for something other than it was intended for, they changed their minds. On the Roku's that it works on, highlight the app, press option * key, note the version and build numbers. Do the same with new Roku that isn't working, are the numbers different? Are they larger numbers? If so, be ready for your older ones to stop working as well when they're updated.
