Yeah nothing has worked this day 3 of this was working just fine I unplugged the tv and every since it will not connect to internet nor my hotspot

- Did we recently make any changes to your network or network provider?
- Have you tried to restart your modem and router?
Note: Your Roku TV system or streaming player must have a good internet connection to perform a software update. If, for some reason, this connection is unreliable or there is an unexpected outage, your Roku device may be unable to update to the latest software.

I’m having the same issue. Was yours ever solved?
