Error code 014 on Roku TVs typically indicates that the TV is having trouble connecting to your Wi-Fi network. Here are some steps you can take to try to resolve the issue:

• Check your Wi-Fi network: Make sure your Wi-Fi network is working properly and that your Roku TV is within range of your wireless network. Try restarting your router to see if that resolves the issue.
• Restart your Roku TV: Sometimes simply restarting your Roku TV can resolve connectivity issues. To do this, unplug your TV from the power source for at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
• Reset your network connection: You can try resetting your network connection on your Roku TV. To do this, go to Settings > Network > Wireless (Wi-Fi) > Set up new Wi-Fi connection. Follow the on-screen prompts to reset your network connection.

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried re-connecting your Roku to a solid wireless network to see if that helps resolve the issue you are seeing? You may also try to connect to an alternate wireless network, such as another mobile phone signal typically provided and maintained by specific mobile phone (cellular) service providers, to see if you are experiencing the same issue.

I’ve tried three different emails two different accounts and it’s still gives me all of a sudden I could not use my Ryukyu I did a factory reset restarted my modem connected to the Internet and I keep on getting a error message that states my email cannot be reached.
