Alexa home had an error: Check the network connection when turning on the Roku device

I have an LG tv with a Roku Ultra connected. I use LG ThinQ with Alexa. I have an Alexa skill called Tv connected to my Roku to turn the tv on and off. This has worked perfectly until recently. My Tv turns on and off but Alexa is not receiving acknowledgment from Roku. Alexa tells me it’s not able to communicate check the internet connection or power supply. Worked with Amazon removed the skill and relinked it several times no change. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this situation. Everything is working but getting the annoying message.

    Welcome, Whitehome

It seems you're having trouble with Alexa not getting a response from Roku and displaying a connectivity error message. To help us forward this to the right team, please provide the following.

    • Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times when the issue occurs)
    • Phone Make/Model
    • Internet service provider

    Looking forward to your response!
