Alexa can't control my TCL Roku TV since I switched to Alexa+

TV is less than a year old. With Alexa, I could control the TV volume, pause whatever was playing, etc. Everything worked fine. Since switching to Alexa+, all I can do with Alexa+ is turn the TV on/o...

Sorry for the delayed response. We'll try to look into it. Could you share the following details?

  • Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times)
  • App build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
  • Alexa Model
