    Hey everyone!

    We're aware of the issue you're having and our team is looking into it. To help us figure things out, could you tell us:

    • Make and model your headphones
    • Your Roku device model, serial number, Device ID, and OS version (found in Settings > System > About)
    • Your Issue Tracker ID (press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times)

    We'll keep you updated on what we find.

I have tried turning Roku on and off, turning headphones on and off, unpairing and re-pairing headphones, and connecting a second pair of headphones. Same result every time: remote volume buttons does not change volume and instead the Roku UI just shows a filled circle in the corner where the volume display previously was.

      When will this update be ready?

      We have the same problem and it’s hurting our ears and basically not possible to listen with the Bluetooth headphones as there is no volume control

        This issue still has not been fixed and I have to say it's pretty pathetic at this point ROKU. You broke our streaming enjoyment going on this entire holiday season. Halloween, US Thanksgiving, soon to be Christmas. This time of year is when I watch the most TV. Now it's soiled by trying to use my Bluetooth headphones not through my Roku device like I always did but instead through a clumsy Android app that freezes, crashes, mutes out, cuts out, etc. We need this fixed ROKU. My entire house has a Roku Ultra on each TV. Even my Roku TVs have Roku Ultras (I kid you not). I need the ability to use my headphones LIKE I ALWAYS have directly through the Ultra Device. I don't want to use your poorly designed app. I want to do what I always did before your MANDATORY update. At the very least allow us to roll back to the last update. EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE until October 18, 2024 when the system updated to 41.0.4 Build 12221. PLEASE FIX THIS THIS WEEK!!!!!

      1. Headphone Brand and Model: What is the make and model of your Bluetooth headphones?
      2. Connection Method: Are your headphones connected to your Roku Ultra directly, or are they connected to a mobile device that's then connected to the Roku?

        Hi,

        I first saw the issues with a Navly Bluetooth sleep band: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B094FMQ8X9

        Those might be slightly special, but when they did not work, I also tried with a bog-standard pair of JBL Tune 510BT with the same result.

        I am connecting directly to the Roku using the Bluetooth connectivity in the Roku Ultra.
