Two-way audio is not working

Visitors can hear me talking but I can't hear them talking back.

  • Thanks for your response DeeJay0101,

Give these troubleshooting steps a shot for your two-way audio issue on the Roku Wire-free Video Doorbell and Chime SE.

    1. Update the Roku Smart Home app and doorbell firmware.
    2. Restart the Doorbell: Go to the doorbell page and select Settings > Restart Device.
    3. Power Cycle the Doorbell: Turn off the breaker for 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
    4. Factory Reset: Detach the doorbell from the backplate to access the setup button. Press and hold the setup button until the status light is solid yellow >. Release it and wait for the light to flash again. Set up the doorbell as a new device.
    5. Check Signal Strength: If the signal strength is below 3 bars, move the camera closer to the router via Settings > Device Info > Signal Strength.

If the issue continues, let us know.
