Outdoor battery camera missing setting options
I bought 2 new outdoor battery cameras nearly 2 weeks ago. 1 works fine with all the settings available and I'm able to get motion detection notifications and change/ view all the settings. With the other camera i haven't been able to access the complete settings menu at all. When I click on the settings menu for that camera there is missing options. Under the event detection menu all of the categories don't show options. Nothing can be changed. If i click a category it leads me to blank options. There's no slider for sensitivity. "Recording cooldown period" and "maximum video length" both have black warning triangles next to them and are unclickable. There's also no option to turn on motion events like my other camera shows. When I click on detection zone there is no option to turn it on. All of the options under advanced settings are unable to be turned on or changed as well. The same with the options under the general "Spotlight" and " Battery " settings. I have not been able to get event notifications from this camera even though the notification settings are turned on (which seem to be the only settings that appear correctly). I just paid for a yearly subscription for both cameras. I have signed out and back into my smart home account multiple times. I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. There's no update available for the app or camera firmware. I've already disconnected and reconnected the camera. I've already tried factory resetting. The cameras are near the wifi router. I'm not sure what the next step would be. I've spent a lot of money between the cameras and subscription and just want my devices to work as intented.
