Unable to scroll down the Roku Smart home app

Im trying to set my camera that I bought off Amazon and im having an issue where on the application it says to plug in the camera and charge it. I already did that. I am unable to scroll to down to beable go go to the next step. I already uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Can anyone help me Out?

    Having trouble scrolling down the Roku Smart Home app? Let's see if this works for you.

    1. Refresh the app by closing it and opening it again.
    2. Make sure the app is up to date.
    3. If the issue continues, uninstall/reinstall it from your phone.

      Have you tried restarting your phone? We also suggest you try another mobile device to see if the same issue occurs.

      If the issue continues, share with us the following:

      • Roku Camera Model
      • Make, model, and iOS/Android version of your mobile device
      • Smart home App Firmware version

      Have you tried to use a different mobile device or tablet already? To see if there's any difference? Just a heads-up once you're on that page you must see the "Start setup" option below and no need to scroll down.
