Roku battery camera plus can’t live stream off home network

I bought a new Roku battery camera plus. While I am on the same network I can view the live stream and it loads fairly quick. While I am on cell network it will only load 1 out of 10 attempts. 

I always get the same code of -35 but all it says is network related issues. 

I have tried to move my router to within 20’ of the camera with the same results. 

I deleted the camera and added it again to the smart home app with the same issue. 

talked with support and they had me sign out and back in, that didn’t help either. 

this happens on all of the phones I have tried, they are all apple products. 

Current firmware is 7.1.2 build 100-JS.

    • MAC Address
    • Roku Camera Model
    • Roku Smart Home App version
    • Log ID:  (pull up your Roku Smart Home app home page > select Account > Roku Support > Submit a Log)
