Location trigger not disabling motion detector or sending notifications

 

I'm experiencing issues with location triggers and rules for turning off motion detection and sending notifications not functioning properly. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, and made sure that location sharing is always enabled. We have also removed the camera from the app. We contacted customer support, who tried to insist that this wasn't an option, even though it is clearly an option available in the app.

    We’d like to gather a bit more information about the issue you’re experiencing. Could you please confirm whether you’re trying to disable motion detection for a specific camera or for all cameras? Additionally, could you clarify the problem you encountered with the notifications?
