Indoor camera can’t connect to wifi
I just purchased a Roku indoor camera SE two pack.
One camera works perfectly connected instantly no problems. The second camera doesn’t seem to want to connect to Wi-Fi.
My phone sees the camera and when I put in my Wi-Fi router name and password, it was just keep trying to connect. The camera will display the red blinking light after about a minute.
I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading I have tried doing the manual reset several times. I have tried switching spots where the camera was to get better Wi-Fi signal.
I have tried switching power cords between the cameras.
I think this camera is defective. Is there anything else I can do to try to make it work?
Hey there! DeeC25
I understand your second Roku camera stopped working. The blinking blue light indicates it's on but not connecting. Here are some steps to help get it online:- Check your internet connection: Open a web browser on your mobile device and visit a public website like www.roku.com. If that doesn't work, check with your internet service provider (ISP) to see if there is an outage. If they aren't aware of any issues, try restarting or resetting your Wi-Fi router and modem.
- To restart the Camera, open the Home screen, select your device, go to Settings, scroll down, and tap Delete device.
You can visit this page for more troubleshooting steps.
Let us know if that works.
