I bought this in mid 2024 and am just setting it up. The physical setup went fine. When I try to add it to my Roku app, it gets through the scan fine, but it will not connect to my mesh, deco 3000. I’ve done everything suggested, including rebooting to router, disconnecting and reconnecting the mesh. Changing the mesh password, etc, etc. it just won’t. I suspect a firmware/software issue, but since I can’t get the connection to work, I can’t update. Is there an answer for this?85Views1like5CommentsRoku Indoor Camera won't connect to the internet
I bought 4 new indoor Roku cameras today. 3 of the 4 cameras connected with no issues, but the 4th won’t connect beyond the choosing the WiFi option. It makes the noise like it’s connecting to WiFi, then after about 5 minutes the LED blinks saying there’s an error. Is there anything I can do to remedy this issue or is this a device issue that i should contact the warranty company for?Solved100Views0likes3CommentsOutdoor camera freezing up
I have had this camera for a couple of years now. All of the sudden I have experienced a lot of freezing up during live stream. I'll be watching and either it will freeze for a few minutes or just a few seconds and other times it will return to the home screen. What can I do?Solved31Views1like1CommentRoku indoor Cameras are buffering and offline

I just purchased a Roku indoor camera SE two pack. One camera works perfectly connected instantly no problems. The second camera doesn’t seem to want to connect to Wi-Fi. My phone sees the camera and when I put in my Wi-Fi router name and password, it was just keep trying to connect. The camera will display the red blinking light after about a minute. I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading I have tried doing the manual reset several times. I have tried switching spots where the camera was to get better Wi-Fi signal. I have tried switching power cords between the cameras. I think this camera is defective. Is there anything else I can do to try to make it work?Solved172Views1like5CommentsRoku Doorbells Error Code 20005
I have had 2 wired indoor cameras with 2 legs and a 360 camera. I live in an apartment. I just bought a wire free doorbell that I connected to the same wifi I connected all my other cameras to. I go through the whole setup process, connecting to wifi and all, and when I try to watch my camera live it says i’m not connected to wifi. My chime is plugged in right next to my wifi box. I have no issue what so ever through the setup process until I want to watch it live. I’ve reached out to support trying different things. They thought it was wired indoor cameras the actual doorbell wrong so they sent me a new one. So this is the same thing happening in 2 different cameras. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it?148Views1like10Comments
