Xtream and M3U URL not working on Roku Streambar SE

Hi,

I have tried various IPTV players that are officially available in Roku (IPTV Pro, Ibo Player Pro, IPTV Smarters Pro, etc.), along with Xtream codes and M3U URLs from various IPTV providers.  The players install but there is an error when trying to play the Xtream codes or M3U urls.   Some error messages say "invalid url" while others say "playlist expired".

I think this is a Roku problem. Most grateful for some help with my newly purchased Roku Streambar.
