The Roku app connects to my hearing aids and prevents the sound from coming through the TV speakers.

I have turned it off with the toggle but within a few seconds it flips back to headphone mode.

I have Uninstaller the app and reinstalled it but the problem persists.

    Thanks for posting here!

    Just a heads up: you can't use a Roku TV's internal speakers and Bluetooth hearing aids at the same time. When you connect Bluetooth hearing aids to a Roku TV, the TV will turn off its internal speakers to avoid audio issues. For other workarounds, you can visit this link.
