Roku Speakers settings not working.

Roku speaker sound settings are messed up with the recent update. No sound leveling option and the treble and bass are both stuck on zero.

The only sound settings I can adjust is sound mode. Sound leveling option is gone, and I can't adjust any settings in customize sound mode period. Roku speakers have been reset, and TV has been restarted multiple times.

Software version 15.0.4 Build 5531

Hisense Roku TV model 32H4+

    I solved the problem that was caused by the update above on my Roku speakers. I deleted the speakers in the settings, and the the speakers reconnected. Afterwards, all the Roku speakers sound settings were working correctly once again.

    The settings said the speakers were already installed, but I ignored it. The lady voice came on, and said hold home button for five seconds. Then the speakers install screen popped up, and now everything is fine.

     Hope this helps everybody that is having speakers problems after the latest update.

      Roku TV system restart was done numerous times with no effect on the sound settings. Basically, doing a new Roku speakers install fixed the problem.
