YouTube app on Roku only show a single row on my profile

My profile on the YouTube Roku app only has one row of videos under the name Recommended and a refresh button underneath. I've reset the app, uninstalled/reinstalled the app. This is happening on 3 different Roku devices. If I go to the YouTube app on Google TV, it is fine, multiple rows of videos. It also does not seem to affect the other profiles on my account, just the main one.

      Before today, this home screen had multiple rows and still does on the YouTube app for Google TV.

        Have you tried this quick fix below?

        1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
        2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
        3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.

  • Same issue here, anyone find a fix? I hit the refresh button a bunch and it did nothing...

  • Yeah, I’m having the same issue twice now, like a month apart. The first time, I completely reset the app, it worked. It happened to me a few minutes ago, and I did everything to try and fix it, reset the app, check for updates, reset my tv, the Roku box, nothing worked. Then I went to change my WiFi connection to our alternate one and refreshed the page a few more times, seemed to work as the issue resolved itself. Could it be a bug having some to do with the internet connection? My main account is a little old, around 5+ years, and It was having these problems. I switched to a newer account made within the last 2 years, and that one was working fine. Could it be that?

  • I just noticed this myself on my roku soundbar.  I'm only getting one to 2 rows, and then the refresh button.

    3 weeks ago, it would take me through 20+ rows before I got the refresh button.

  • Has anyone found a fix for this without using different account than main one?

    so frustrating!
