Yeah, I’m having the same issue twice now, like a month apart. The first time, I completely reset the app, it worked. It happened to me a few minutes ago, and I did everything to try and fix it, reset the app, check for updates, reset my tv, the Roku box, nothing worked. Then I went to change my WiFi connection to our alternate one and refreshed the page a few more times, seemed to work as the issue resolved itself. Could it be a bug having some to do with the internet connection? My main account is a little old, around 5+ years, and It was having these problems. I switched to a newer account made within the last 2 years, and that one was working fine. Could it be that?
