Unable to access Live TV on TRC

Hi Suzy,

Any news? I still cannot browse the Roku Channel.

What is odd is that on the Roku Home Screen, I can watch stuff on PlutoTV, Plex, and Tubi - probably other ones, too, but I just stick to the free stuff with commercials.

One of the things I cannot seem to do without the Roku Channel is watch anything on the Live internet channels. They are there showing, but they will not play when I select them.

So, I know the network is good.

    We believe this issue has been resolved. If you encounter it again, please try performing a system update on your Roku device by going to Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now.

    We noticed you're unable to access Live TV channels on the Roku Channel app. Can you confirm what appears on your TV screen after selecting a channel, and does this happen with all live channels?

      Well, I have not checked with "all live channels", because there are too many.

      But, the ones I do check in the Live TV channels just open a blank (black) screen. No audio or video.

        We’d like to look further into this issue and pass it to our team. Could you please provide another Tracker ID for this case, along with the version of the Roku Channel app? Highlight the app, press the (*) button on your remote.
