Unable to access Live TV on TRC

    We believe this issue has been resolved. If you encounter it again, please try performing a system update on your Roku device by going to Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now.

Thanks for following up! jp2code​ 

We noticed you're unable to access Live TV channels on the Roku Channel app. Can you confirm what appears on your TV screen after selecting a channel, and does this happen with all live channels?

    Well, I have not checked with "all live channels", because there are too many.

    But, the ones I do check in the Live TV channels just open a blank (black) screen. No audio or video.

      We’d like to look further into this issue and pass it to our team. Could you please provide another Tracker ID for this case, along with the version of the Roku Channel app? Highlight the app, press the (*) button on your remote.

        Those steps don't work, Elizer. Whenever I highlight the Roku app and press (*), I get the message:

        Not connected to the Internet
        Please check your network connection and try again.
        OK

        Obviously, I am connected to the internet. This PC is using that same internet, and other apps on the Roku work. When I go into the Network settings to test my connection, I always get:

        Connection results
        Connection check was successful.
        For additional help, visit: hisense-usa.com/support
        OK

        Should I try contacting Hisense?

        If I Press Home five times, then press Back button five times when the issue occurs like Suzi mentioned 5 days ago, I get this:
