We understand that you are experiencing an issue while streaming Fox News Channel on your Roku device. We would like to investigate this further.
Before we proceed, we need additional information about your concern. Could you please provide the following details?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- Channel build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
- A photo or short video of the incident.
We are eager to get you all back on streaming and providing these details above will be a crucial step in this thorough investigation.
