Cannot connect to my existing FanDuel subscription on the FanDuel Sports Network ROKU app

I purchased a FanDuel Sports Network subscription and using it on my Smart TV with no issues.

I loaded the FanDuel Sports Network app onto my ROKU with the intent of signing on to my existing account so that I can enjoy baseball on my patio with the warmer weather.

The problem is that Roku is forcing me to purchase a second subscription. I signed up and then cancelled to get the free 7 days while trying to solve this issue.

The email assigned on my Roku device is the same as the one I signed up with on my Smart TV. So, not sure what gives. I'm using a Roku streaming stick with enhanced Wi-Fi.

  • I was able to get my subscription to work. To do this, I had to open the FanDuel Sports app. I then had to scroll down down down (way too long to do) and get to Settings. From there, I was able to change my credentials and sign in fresh. It's been working ever since.

    Thank you for sharing your concerns about the FanDuel app not working on the Roku device. For troubleshooting, we recommend checking our support page for troubleshooting Steps on how to resolve channel playback issues.

    If the issue persists, contact app support for assistance. please know subscriptions and content, including Live TV, are managed by the channel providers.

      You will NEVER be able to connect on your Roku device. Fanduel has not figured out how to fix this. I have 6 hours of testimonial to attest this!!! Forget the instructions to unplug, uninstall, sign out, and such. Garbage. All of it. NONE of it works. The online help is garbage. They'll pop up the the final message after you've spent hours with them...check your email tomorrow for further instructions. There will be no email. They KNOW this is an issue. They're stealing my $$$!!! No refunds on pre-paid annual subscriptions.
