You will NEVER be able to connect on your Roku device. Fanduel has not figured out how to fix this. I have 6 hours of testimonial to attest this!!! Forget the instructions to unplug, uninstall, sign out, and such. Garbage. All of it. NONE of it works. The online help is garbage. They'll pop up the the final message after you've spent hours with them...check your email tomorrow for further instructions. There will be no email. They KNOW this is an issue. They're stealing my $$$!!! No refunds on pre-paid annual subscriptions.
I was able to get my subscription to work. To do this, I had to open the FanDuel Sports app. I then had to scroll down down down (way too long to do) and get to Settings. From there, I was able to change my credentials and sign in fresh. It's been working ever since.
