Netflix audio disappears

Hello - Would welcome any thoughts on this issue: I’m happily watching a Netflix series. When one episode in the series ends & it goes automatically to “watch next episode” the audio goes silent & I have to exit and restart to get audio back.   Similar phenomenon happens sporadically with ads - when ad comes on, the audio goes out and doesn’t come back when ad is done and video reverts to program.   Thanks.

    It appears that you are experiencing an issue with the audio of the Netflix app. And thanks for trying the troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. 

    Could you confirm when the issue started? Also, have you tried other content inside the app to see if it's doing the same thing?

    In the meantime, try updating Netflix by highlighting the App and pressing the Start (*) button and selecting Update app.
