Both of my TCL Roku TVs lost their antenna channels today.

I had the same issue. I did a factory reset and got my antenna channels back, but as soon as the streaming was loaded, they went away again. I discovered going to settings, TV Inputs, Live TV, manage channels and checking the hide streaming channels, my antenna came back. So, whatever happened, you either have streaming ONLY or antenna ONLY. Not a step forward in my opinion.

After the recent 'update' to the Live TV app (panel, channel, whatever...), I also lost all of my over-the-air channels on my Roku TV.
Here is what I did to get them back YMMV:
Go to Settings->TV Inputs->Live TV->Manage Channels-> check the "Hide Streaming Channels" box
You might have to rescan the antenna input on your ROKU TV (I had to) to ensure that they are all in your line up.
I haven't found a way to have both the Antenna Channels and Streaming Channels cooperate. since the Live TV app was updated.

My channels came back all on their own last night.

Mine came back - momentarily - before the wifi had reconnected?

1/25/24 update now it keeps losing some of my antenna favorites, even though I have rescanned and modified favorites it’s losing some major antenna favorites!

Same. As do countless others on here.

This is still a problem and Roku needs to fix it. In three days I have had to rescan every time I leave the antenna channel. You are misrepresenting your product.

Just like the posts from August, I leave antenna and go to stream and everything goes away. I have a new TV and when I set it up it did a software update. If I knew this problem and months of unresolved tech support I would have bought a different TV.

Golfer 61,
The next time you get the air channels to appear on the menu mark every air channel as a favorite.
Then the next time that happens, just select the favorite channels list on the left side of the channel listing and select the channel from there when it suddenly disappears.

My antenna channels did the same. Mods contacted asking for all my TV info and software, haven't heard zip from them since. Work around is a pain in the ..... you have to go into settings, and find hide streaming, then you can see your antenna channels. That's a load of garbage being when you first set up the tv it's there. It's there on my other tvs, and since some type of genius did some type of change, the antenna channels are playing hide and seek. This should be addressed, being so many people have the issue instead of ignored. I'm planning on just getting new TV's because it's just not worth the headache if ROKU isn't going to fix anything
