I had the same issue. I did a factory reset and got my antenna channels back, but as soon as the streaming was loaded, they went away again. I discovered going to settings, TV Inputs, Live TV, manage channels and checking the hide streaming channels, my antenna came back. So, whatever happened, you either have streaming ONLY or antenna ONLY. Not a step forward in my opinion.
After the recent 'update' to the Live TV app (panel, channel, whatever...), I also lost all of my over-the-air channels on my Roku TV.
Here is what I did to get them back YMMV:
Go to Settings->TV Inputs->Live TV->Manage Channels-> check the "Hide Streaming Channels" box
You might have to rescan the antenna input on your ROKU TV (I had to) to ensure that they are all in your line up.
I haven't found a way to have both the Antenna Channels and Streaming Channels cooperate. since the Live TV app was updated.

Had a chat with support. Apparently they are working on it. Definitely are aware of it.

- Same thing here as well. Then after hiding the steaming all will show, both streaming and antenna, then poof antenna channel gone again, back to settings and do exactly what you do

How exactly do you expect I provide you with a picture or video of the fact that my antenna channels don't stay put? To get my antenna channels, I have to go through the procedure of settings/tv source/antenna/hide streaming channels. Then my antenna channels are right there where I left them. They are still in the favorites as well. Then if I go back to my home screen, back to settings/tv/source/antenna and UNcheck hide streaming channels, then at that point ALL my channels are available, including my antenna channels, streaming channels, favorites etc. UNTIL I turn off the tv and turn it back on and it repeats itself. It's apparent I am not the only one having the same issue. I've read the threads and searched the net enough to see this is an issue on ROKU's end. It seems pretty straightforward and you shouldn't need a picture or video to go with it. I already have to go through enough just to watch a show, I suggest reading all the same issues and finding a fix.

After update, Re-scanned and lost 2 of 4 parts of Antenna channel.
After re-scanning antenna stations, for Indianapolis channel 4, I get only dot stations 4.3 and 4.4.
There are no 4.1 (main station) or 4.2 stations.
What is the fix?

Thanks. This worked for me. I wish they would put more time into testing, before releasing updates.

I tried to follow your steps. So far I'm stuck. I'm going to keep trying. At least now I know it's not my antenna. What is YMMV ? Thank you
