PlutoTV stopped working a week ago.
I have tried ALL the steps and contacted PlutoTV who says they were elevating my trouble to "The experts" and that was nearly a week ago and no word back yet.
I can not delete the channel and reinstall because when I highlight the icon and hit "star" it tells me I am not connected to the net. I AM CONNECTED! ALL the other apps work fine. I have re-booted as well to no avail. I am not going to do a hard reset, I'm not going through the nonsense of having to input all my stuff again.
So I am blaming PlutoTV but Roku needs to have a way around this issue other than factory resetting, which I hear doesn't work anyway.

After removing the Pluto TV app on your Home screen, have you also tried rebooting your Roku device under Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart and then reinstalling it right after?
We need to ensure that the troubleshooting steps of removing the app, performing a system reboot, and then reinstalling it have been done precisely to work.
If the issue persists after doing so, we also suggest connecting your Roku device to an alternative network to see if this makes any difference. Perhaps a mobile hotspot would do.
