Paid for PPV through my DAZN app on Roku, I was charged but unable to watch it
Please help! We paid to watch today's fight on DAZN, we ordered it through Roku are card was charged but unable to watch it. Any suggestions?!

Same here. Bought the davis vs garcia ppv. It wouldnt play.. would attempt to select the fight again, it give me the option to buy(even tho i already bought it) and then I would get the message that “already paid for event” and “go back”… go back, AGAIN, select event to view, would ask me to purchase, purchase again, and it says “you already purchased”.. repeat, repeat, repeat.. of course you cant get ahold of anyone at roku or dazn… twrrible customer service
Same. Was charged $91, transferred to the 3 customer service reps with no resolution.
Same issue! I just lost $91! I’ve tried signing out and back in. Nothing!
I read through their refund policy but it states all sales are final but if product was not delivered I feel it should be refunded. Just wish it wasn't so dang difficult to contact them. Any Roku agents out there reading this?? Lol if so, please help!

Same here it say this item has already been purchase for this account but it wont open the live event.

Same!! Tried calling Roku and we’re unable to ge through 😣 So frustrating.
You will need to call the credit card company, I did and they said they were being flooded with the same calls about the fight. DAZN is fraud
