Same issue! I just lost $91! I’ve tried signing out and back in. Nothing!

I read through their refund policy but it states all sales are final but if product was not delivered I feel it should be refunded. Just wish it wasn't so dang difficult to contact them. Any Roku agents out there reading this?? Lol if so, please help!

Yeah obviously I've been trying that. Stuck in the queue for an hour to be transferred to the billing department and now been in queue for almost another hour 🙄 I just want a refund.

I messaged dazn thru Instagram and they replied back claiming they are investigating...my credit card company suggested to try and get refunded by Roku and dazn before disputing the charges...just sucks that so many people were ripped off tonight

I'm about to scrap my Roku I'm so disgusted right now I can't imagine losing $91 I feel so bad for you guys but I know that suddenly I've had to use a hotspot the same Wi-Fi or the same router puts out the hotspot and I didn't realize that until like 2 and 1/2 weeks into messing with it and messing with it messing with it after I just subscribed to a whole bunch of channels and it's over $40 worth of monthly payment that I have content that I've been not accessing or able to access because I haven't been able to get online until I just realized I can do hotspot but still that's sucking my data down that I didn't want to have to do or use anyhow I'm just so fed up with all this **bleep** because they are really getting to the point where my hard-earned money is literally getting flushed down the toilet and they don't care at all they're sneaky too I've had enough and when I saw these posts about the $91 for the people that tried to get the fight I just felt half sick for you guys so I just wanted to comment throw my two cents out there and complain
