Hi - when I turned on my TV and tried to go to Roku, all I get is a spaceship/UFO graphic - nothing I do will get rid of it. I replaced the batteries in the remote - no help.
Have I been hacked or something? I want to watch TV!

It seems you're experiencing a problem with your Roku device being stuck on the Roku UFO graphic. We'd like to take a closer look at it.
Are you referring to the Roku Channel when you're trying to launch it, or does the issue happen on the Roku home screen right after you turn on the TV?
In the meantime, try a system restart (if you can access the menu): Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.
