Paid for PPV through my DAZN app on Roku, I was charged but unable to watch it

Please help! We paid to watch today's fight on DAZN, we ordered it through Roku are card was charged but unable to watch it. Any suggestions?!

  • same issue here. made the mistake of doing it on my mobile because i thought i made an error on the tv app. charged 2 times now and ended up on Showtime. payed triple just to be able to watch.

      I also did the exact same thing 🤦🏻‍♂️ paid for the fight 3 times!!! Someone at Roku and dazn knows this was an issue!?! 

  • I as well purchased PPV content on DAZN and it’s not allowing me. I’m already missing half a fight and unable to watch it. Honestly I’m disappointed on this. 

  • Tonight was horrible. Never doing this again. Getting rid of my Roku and cancelling DAZN. Going back to regular cable.

  • Same thing happened to me. They must refund the money or it is simply robbery.  

  • Have you gotten help?? Same thing happened to me - theres no point of contacts and no one to talk to !!

      I was able to get a refund - although we have to wait 5-7 business days - its was processed- call 1-816-272-8106 to talk to Customer Care rep.

        They refunded my money at that number as well... didn't take long to get to a rep either...now to see if I can get my money back from the dazn app because I freaking purchased it thru there as well🤦🏻‍♂️. If anyone knows that number for their customer service I'd appreciate it...it's no where on their site...go figure lol
