Max Not Loading on New Roku Box

It is a ROKU issue not a Max issue - I have the same issue.  I have to unplug TV which then resets, then Max loads - i should not have to unplug to reset ROKU tv.  It is a ROKU tv issue.  Tire of ROKU putting blame on the provider.

 

There has been an ongoing issue with HULU/Disney as well.  They need to get with the providers and fix their issues.

  • p.s. - This is when I purchase the app on the ROKU channel - max on Roku or Hulu on Roku etc.

      • What error message are you seeing when trying to stream?
      • What Roku device is affected by this issue? 

      In the meantime, please provide the following information below.

      • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
      • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
      • Channel build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
      • Photo or a short video of the incident.
